q: what about insurance?
a: most insurance companies will still cover your student as they participate in master's commission program. We have a special letter we can send them on your behalf that outlines their participation in master's. Based on the class work as well as the ministry training most insurance company's will continue to provide insurance at the same student rate as they have for you in the past. q: how much "spending money" or "gas money" should he/she recieve from us?
a: most students can make it easily on $100 per month. Since they are provided with all of their meals through their home openers, there is not a great need for lots of additional cash on hand.

q: when the program has been completed, what type of career opportunities will he/she be eligible for?
a: there are a wide variety of ministry opportunities afforded a student who completes 3 years of a master's commission training. every year there are multiple ministry job openings listed through the Master's Commission international Network from churches looking specifically for Master's Commission graduates. Over 60% of master's commission graduates nationwide enter full-time ministry. by and large the church is beginning to recognize the validity and strength of master's commission as a viable means of ministry training.

being a parent, we realize that there would be some major concerns you have. if you are a parent who is looking into the MCC program please consider the commitment to the program that not only your student will make but also you as the parent.

-financial circumstances
-m.c. versus college
-letting him/her pursue the call of God even if it isn't what you dreamed they would do
-fear of distance
